📋 Description

• Serve as the primary coordinator between workstreams required to launch the IKC Fee-For-Service model • Coordinate meetings and track next steps • Execute projects as needed, such as identifying a medical scribe company • Support model iteration • Manage execution of the IKC FFS project plan • Set agendas for 8 committee meetings and follow up with leaders to ensure timely completion • Flag project timeline risks to the VP of Operations and develop mitigation plans • Identify opportunities to improve implementation timeline or efficacy and incorporate them into the project plan • Develop daily clinical workflows balancing high-touch patient care, IKC clinical goals, and protected administrative time • Develop systems for building patient charts and collaborate with a third-party medical scribe vendor when needed • Establish short-term clinical support infrastructure, such as 24/7 triage for out-of-range lab results • Develop an automated scorecard measuring clinical and operational impact and informing action plans • Assume ownership of new workstreams as needs arise

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience within a complex, matrixed organization and under tight timelines • Ability to drive a strategic vision and execute tactical plans supporting that vision • Experience developing systems and processes that support clinical providers and staff
