• Bid Writing & Proposal Management Lead the creation of persuasive and compliant responses to RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, and other government solicitations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate, relevant information for bids. Edit and proofread bid content for clarity, compliance, and impact. Maintain organized records of all bid submissions, deadlines, and outcomes. Ensure adherence to all legal, technical, and financial requirements. Contribute to improving bid processes, templates, and content libraries. SEO Content Writing & Digital Marketing Research, write, and optimize long-form blog articles (2,000–3,500+ words) and service pages. Apply EEAT principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) to all content. Implement on-page SEO strategies, including internal linking, keyword optimization, and structured headings (H2–H4). Reference credible, high-authority external sources (research papers, case studies, industry reports, etc.). Incorporate relevant visuals (screenshots, images, graphs) and format content for readability and engagement. Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best content practices.
