• Lead, mentor, and scale a small but high-impact engineering team (8-10 engineers). • Ensure technical excellence, execution efficiency, and alignment with Odos' strategic objectives. • Manage projects, optimize workflows, and maintain a high bar for quality and performance in a fast-paced DeFi environment.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role (Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, or Director). • Proven track record managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams (frontend, backend, and infra). • Deep expertise in Python (FastAPI), React/Next.js, Solidity, and AWS. • Infrastructure and cloud engineering expertise (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD). • Database management (PostgreSQL, Redis) and experience optimizing queries for large-scale applications. • Frontend development with strong React, Tailwind CSS, and Web3 integrations. • Strong understanding of smart contract security, audits, and best practices. • Ability to balance strategic decision-making with hands-on execution. • Expertise in DevOps, software development processes, and agile methodologies. • Strong communication skills to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams. • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
