📋 Description

• Develop and Maintain: Build and support robust user interfaces and backend services, ensuring everything you work on is solid and scalable. • Collaborate: Work closely with the product team to turn ideas into functional, well-crafted applications. • Write Quality Code: Produce clean, reusable code with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. • Optimize Performance: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, and implement new features to improve the user experience. • Stay Current: Keep our applications up-to-date by staying informed about the latest trends and technologies in Web3 and application design. • Be Agile: Actively participate in sprints, manage priorities, and address challenges efficiently. • Document Thoroughly: Ensure clear and consistent documentation for all development processes, adhering to version control best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong track record in Web3—someone who’s built and scaled highly interactive, dynamic web apps. • 5+ years of TypeScript mastery, with expert-level skills in Node.js/Next.js. • Deep knowledge of GraphQL & REST, building backends that scale. • Bonus points if you’ve worked with The Graph and Ethereum indexing tools. • Familiarity with Web3 tools like wagmi, viem, MetaMask, and other Ethereum-based technologies. • A solid understanding of DeFi protocols, blockchain tech, and the crypto landscape. • Top-tier communication skills—able to connect with everyone from devs to execs. • A self-starter mentality with a focus on results, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
