📋 Description
• Lead initiatives that drive the adoption, distribution, and growth of Circle’s digital assets • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to identify opportunities • Translate insights into actionable product initiatives • Conduct market research to uncover emerging use cases • Stay at the forefront of developments in asset issuance • Lead cross-functional teams to ship products to market
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience • 7+ years for Lead Product Manager track • At least 2+ years in the crypto space • 2+ years of experience working in financial markets • Deep familiarity with stablecoin use cases • Strong technical fluency • Highly analytical and comfortable with data-driven decision making • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders • Experience mentoring and coaching other product managers for the Principal level
