📋 Description

• Independently lead a procurement team • Provide commercial project support from order intake through to invoicing • Take full responsibility for all procurement processes, i.e., obtaining quotes, comparing offers and subsequently procuring hardware, software, as well as services and support • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Support project cost calculations and tender processes (RFPs) • Prepare analyses/reports and derive action measures • Analyze procurement markets and contribute to projects • Analyze internal processes and define and implement improvement measures • Plan deliveries and orders in coordination with project managers • Contribute to the continuous improvement of supplier management • Lead negotiations on project pricing with suppliers and prepare resulting reports

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training and a degree in business/economics • Professional experience in operational procurement, including independent and timely renewal of maintenance contracts • Experience in a managed services environment • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Strong IT skills (including MS Office, especially Excel, and D365) and a high technical affinity • Independent, flexible and reliable working style, as well as good negotiation skills • Reliability, sense of responsibility, and strong communication and team skills • Quick grasp of new topics and willingness to engage with complex subject areas
