📋 Description

• Responsible for the ongoing support and optimization of payroll operations for enterprise clients. • Managing complex configuration changes utilizing advanced Java calculation knowledge. • Proactive Relationship Management through regular check-ins and tailored advice. • Continuous Payroll Optimization by providing consultative insights to refine payroll processes. • Work Item Ticket Resolution managing customer-submitted tickets using systems like Zendesk, Jira, or Zoho CRM. • Education & Training delivering ongoing training and resources to empower customers. • Issue Resolution troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related challenges. • Feedback Loop Management acting as the voice of the customer and collecting feedback. • Collaboration working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. • System Testing testing new system functionality following prescribed processes. • Manage client portfolio to ensure timely, high-quality payroll implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• Full knowledge of payroll and basic HR legislation. • Experience with African country payroll legislation. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in PaySpace payroll consulting. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word). • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow). • JavaScript or similar programming experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work well under pressure.
