📋 Description

• Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to turn strategy into consistent execution • Design and drive operating rhythms that keep priorities clear and leaders aligned • Tighten goal-setting, strengthen planning and accountability systems • Free the CEO and leadership team to focus on highest-impact work • Act as a strategic partner, operator, and force multiplier between founder’s associate and traditional Chief of Staff • Ensure day-to-day work gets done while enabling rapid company growth

• Background in startups, consulting, strategy, or operations, ideally with exposure to technical or AI-driven businesses • Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and shift easily between technical and business topics • Comfortable adopting and experimenting with advanced AI tools; AI use and comfort are expected • Not afraid of tough discussions and holding people accountable to outcomes • Communicate with clarity and precision at every level of the organization • Relentlessly organized with strong project-management instincts • High-judgment operator who handles sensitive information with discretion • Builder mindset: you don’t just flag gaps—you close them
