• Have 7–10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or a senior customer-facing technical role within enterprise search, AI/ML platforms, legal tech, or other complex B2B SaaS environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise software architectures, databases, modern deployment environments, and enterprise integration patterns. • Exceptional ability to explain complex, highly technical concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive way to audiences ranging from law firm partners and C-level executives to IT leaders and engineers. • Proven track record of leading customer-facing technical projects and building strong, trusted relationships with key decision makers.
