📋 Description
• Manage operations and compute resources • Apply the Major Incident Process and Change Process • Prioritize tasks based on severity • Communicate effectively regarding operational issues • Use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Teams • Support Windows operating system environments
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience • Highly preferred: Colorado-based, preferably in Boulder • Knowledge of Major Incident Process • Knowledge of Change Process • Good communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks based on severity • Knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams • Familiarity with the Windows operating system
