📋 Description

• Support accounting operations and manage financial data • Assist with accounts payable and receivable while maintaining accuracy and professionalism • Create and manage projects in QuickBooks • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payments • Input supplier invoices into QuickBooks with high accuracy • Work independently and think critically to identify solutions • Manage a large volume of emails with precision • Create documentation and manage files as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, particularly in accounts payable and receivable • Advanced QuickBooks Online experience is required; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
