• Prepares invoices once orders are shipped or fulfilled • Ensures accurate pricing, taxes, and billing terms • Reconciles shipping or fulfillment reports with customer invoices • Ensures invoices are issued on time and payments are collected • Handles discrepancies between fulfillment and billed amounts, resolving issues promptly with internal teams. • Monitor and manage inventory assignments in Antera to ensure items are correctly allocated for billing purposes. • Maintain compliance with client-specific billing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least years of Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent. • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software. • Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software. • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments • Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus but not required.
