• The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Online Store Program Manager will be the tactical expert who supports the day-to-day operations of the client's online business while also having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms. • You will manage and monitor the brands on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with external partners. • Use our web interface for building customer E-Commerce sites as defined in our internal project definition system (CORE). • Maintain and update existing customer E-Commerce sites based on requests received from an online ticketing request system. • Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent E-Commerce related website elements to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use. • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to email and phone inquiries from sales associates and customers. • Manage the deadlines on E-Commerce site builds and help ticket service level agreements on existing E-Commerce site maintenance requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. • Experience: 2+ years of Experience in an E-Commerce role. • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal. • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial. • Previous store-building experience with Shopify or other platforms is a plus, but not necessary. • Proficient with E-Commerce platforms and various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Shopify, Bigcommerce, Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)
