📋 Description
• Create Proposals/Quotes/Opportunities • Locating Tracking Numbers for samples • Checking Inventory • Getting Shipping Estimates • Order Entry • Requesting Virtual Storing files and Artwork • Communicating with the internal team to check on order status should a client ask • Sending Proofs to Clients • Sending Artwork to our Art team to prepare proofs • Sending Proofs to Clients • Creating Presentations in Canva/marketing boards/ PowerPoint as needed • Providing general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors • Providing executive assistant support as needed • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound emails • Ad hoc duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field. • 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience. • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. • Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.). • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters. • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred. • Proven ability to provide outstanding client service.
