📋 Description

• Optimise the format and structural workflow of physical Rider Onboarding Hubs • Design, operationalise, and expand physical onboarding spaces across the UKI • Create and execute the 12-month delivery plan for in-person onboarding • Partner with Rider Support, Product, and broader Onboarding teams to troubleshoot live operational issues • Lead face-to-face onboarding sessions across the UKI • Support localised operations within regional hubs • Identify and eliminate rider deficits in hard-to-source zones • Collaborate with the Supply team on demand forecasting models • Lead tactical supply planning and execution for peak trading seasons

🎯 Requirements

• Proven operational experience within technology, start-ups, food delivery logistics, or direct experience working as a Deliveroo Rider • Ability to work independently in the field, navigate changing operational priorities, and use initiative • Strong empathetic listening and communication skills • Ability to influence internal product teams and manage candidate groups • Valid UKI driving licence • Access to own vehicle for locations underserved by public transport • Flexibility to travel early and late • Familiarity with G Suite, Slack, Looker, and Salesforce tooling (nice to have) • Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic (nice to have) • Willingness to undertake significant travel across the UK with flexible working hours
