📋 Description
• Gather and document business requirements • Translate business processes into Fenergo FenX configuration • Configure workflows within the FenX platform • Support functional design workshops • Produce functional documentation and process mapping • Work closely with developers and solution architects • Assist with testing, defect resolution and deployment activities • Support user acceptance testing • Recommend improvements to onboarding processes • Provide ongoing functional support throughout implementation
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on Fenergo FenX (SaaS) configuration experience • Business Analysis experience • Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) or Client Onboarding knowledge • Process mapping and requirements gathering • Stakeholder management • Excellent communication skills • Experience supporting software implementation programmes • Financial Services experience advantageous but not essential
