• Support growing corporate customers through deployment, migration, identity, and licensing projects • Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers and customer IT teams - providing technical guidance, leading migration activities, and helping customers maximise value from their software investments • Help customers simplify software management, reduce deployment risk, and drive successful adoption of new technologies
• 1+ years of experience in software deployments, migrations, identity management, or enterprise administration within a SaaS or technology environment • German language business fluency (both written and verbal) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate internal and customer teams to achieve successful deployment and change management outcomes • Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user provisioning, directory synchronisation, domain management, and identity migrations • Experience working with Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and enterprise administration platforms such as SCCM, Intune, or SaaS administration portals
