📋 Description

• Establish and enforce delivery standards, best practices, and project execution frameworks • Develop detailed project plans and track sprint progress • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of milestones • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks • Provide regular stakeholder updates and reporting • Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders on communication and problem-solving • Bridge technical and business teams using relevant technology knowledge • Support end-to-end SAP product development from concept through implementation and release • Drive governed and controlled delivery of technology solutions aligned with strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology transformation initiatives, preferably within Extended Enterprise or similar growth areas • Demonstrated expertise in delivering SAP or other ERP-based products, with a strong understanding of their implementation lifecycle • Experience developing new products within SAP, including defining requirements, managing delivery, and supporting successful product launch • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint management • Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to quickly adapt and start immediately • Commitment to a six-month engagement • Technical acumen sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand complex technology solutions • Must reside in the UK
