📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll activities and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing • Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, reimbursements, deductions, and other payroll components • Prepare, maintain, and analyze payroll MIS reports and other HR-related reports • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint • Present payroll statistics and insights to management and support data-driven decision-making • Coordinate payroll payments, tax processing, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements • Support payroll-related financial integrations and collaborate closely with Finance on General Ledger and accounting reconciliations • Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate documentation in line with internal policies and legal requirements • Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner • Support internal and external audits by providing payroll data and documentation when required • Work with payroll and HR systems and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements • Ensure strict confidentiality and security of employee payroll information • Stay up to date with labor laws, payroll regulations, and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • 4 to 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, statutory compliance, and labor legislation • Experience in payroll reporting, MIS preparation, and data analysis • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and strong reporting skills • Experience working with payroll and HR systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR, Finance, and external partners • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism
