📋 Description

• Take ownership of engineering projects and deliver features end-to-end, from database design to polished frontend • Build and scale resilient backend services and high-usage API integrations • Align technical execution with clinic needs and marketing performance goals • Help shape engineering culture, best practices, tooling standards, and mentor future hires • Continuously improve UX/UI with non-technical team members • Work on real-time data syncing, performance optimisation, lead-tracking infrastructure, and AI-enhanced tools • Contribute ideas to product strategy • Gain expertise in the full tech stack, deployments, and infrastructure • Own features and understand how systems work together • Contribute to hiring, mentorship, architecture, technology improvements, and development practices • Lead system scaling, performance optimisation, integration robustness, developer teams, projects, and long-term engineering direction

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full stack experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar web frameworks • Solid understanding of data flows and state management in web applications • Experience working with Prisma and PostgreSQL • Experience building robust API integrations • Passion for clean, scalable code and practical solutions • Empathy for users and understanding of product interactions • Curiosity and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with new technologies • Required video application task; applications without a video will not be considered • Required CV/resume • Must provide location (city, country) and start availability
