📋 Description

• Increase sales of standard and new products through direct marketing activities/telephone sales for an assigned customer base • Active outbound calls to acquire new customers to support the field sales team in an assigned region • Professional handling of internal and external customer inquiries, e.g., questions about services, products and offers, as well as complaints (dentists and dental depots) • Close collaboration with the sales team as well as technical service and complaints handling • Use of the CRM database, Salesforce, and recording of relevant customer contact information as well as order entry • Support for special sales campaigns and virtual sales promotions • Customer consultation in the context of endodontics events • Generation of market intelligence, e.g., customer surveys, knowledge management

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial training, dental/dental-technical training, or an equivalent degree • Sales experience • Experience in telephone sales • Experience handling complaints and working as a medical device advisor • Confident use of the MS Office suite and an ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX) • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is desirable • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken • Excellent organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities
