⢠Act as the functional specialist in Commerce projects, guiding the team on the proposed solution; ⢠Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings with clients; ⢠Analyze client and vendor documentation; ⢠Work with the Product Owner to detail and refine features; ⢠Support architects and the technical team in decomposing requirements into clear, actionable tasks; ⢠Manage the backlog and keep the engineering team informed about upcoming deliveries; ⢠Create process and/or data flows to visually represent requirements; ⢠Participate in design sessions and, when necessary, create wireframes; ⢠Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, estimations, and scope definition; ⢠Manage requirements and changes with version control and change management processes; ⢠Support the creation of test scenarios, acceptance test plans, and issue tracking; ⢠Conduct demos and acceptance sessions with clients, collecting feedback throughout the project; ⢠Create training materials and conduct user training sessions; ⢠Review deliverables from other analysts; ⢠Lead and mentor the business analysts on the team.
⢠Strong experience in client-facing roles (consulting firms or agencies are a plus); ⢠Previous experience with Commerce or OMS platforms; ⢠Clear and confident communication skills, including presentations to stakeholders; ⢠Solid experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements; ⢠Analytical and problem-solving skills, collaborating with clients and technical teams to find solutions; ⢠Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them for the technical team; ⢠Experience with data modeling, flowcharts, and process mapping; ⢠Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones; ⢠Familiarity with management tools such as Jira and Confluence (or similar); ⢠Experience with platforms like Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Fluent Commerce, SAP Hybris, Mirakl Marketplace, among others; ⢠Advanced English for oral and written communication.
