📋 Description

• Drive and oversee delivery of assigned projects within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints. • Support pre-sales tasks including solution design, estimation, planning, and assumptions. • Share client vision, objectives, and expectations with the project team. • Assign and supervise team tasks, including assignments, vacations, and absences. • Manage project progress, deadlines, scope, and budget. • Facilitate change requests and communicate schedule and budget impacts. • Report project progress to clients and the Customer Success Manager; lead follow-up meetings and steering committees. • Establish communication and risk mitigation plans and alert operations management to deviations. • Monitor project documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. • Lead client project demos and resolve implementation issues. • Manage the client relationship and pursue customer satisfaction. • Evaluate completed projects and identify successful and unsuccessful elements. • Send customer satisfaction surveys. • Identify Up & Cross-Selling opportunities. • Lead team retrospectives and identify internal improvements. • Participate in development, training, and supervision of the assigned team.

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Project Management roles, successfully leading Salesforce projects. • +3 years of experience participating in end-to-end CRM implementation processes. • Solid hands-on experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and project management tools like Jira. • Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High level, capable of fluent business communication).
