📋 Description

• Provide insights through data analysis to inform strategic planning and initiative prioritization • Improve growth within the analytics consulting space • Coach direct and indirect reports to best identify solutions through data, analytics, and technology • Develop forecast for analytics advisory offering collaborating across multiple disciplines • Collaborate with cross-agency SMEs to identify opportunities for client-centric solutions • Create executive level presentations and analyses of analytic and data solutions • Lead the development of multi-phased measurement, analytic or data roadmaps • Translate data into clear narratives across channels • Recommend insights for strategic and long-term planning • Provide expertise through articles, blogs, events and other marketing to guide analytics and data solutions • Identify opportunities for cross-solutioning within clients • Assess market trends and incorporate insights for product and market level opportunities • Manage and nurture existing growth account opportunities • Develop depth and breadth of understanding of solutions and offerings across dentsu • Lead matrixed teams through influence, collaboration and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years experience in analytics, business consulting, data strategy, and strategic planning • 8+ years cross-team leadership over multiple strategic disciplines • Experience guiding and planning work products from technical and strategic teams • Experience applying data and insights for storytelling and solution application • Experience managing both client and agency teams • Experience identifying client challenges and applying analytics-led strategies
