• We are looking for a motivated and experienced Front End Developer to join our team on full time. • Your degree isn’t our priority, but your personality, attitude, and determination are. • Furthermore, if you can easily acclimate to new environments, actively engage in brainstorming ideas, never stop before a challenge, learn from your failures, and if this role aligns with your passions and you can prove you’re great at it, our doors are fully open to you.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years experience • Fluent in English, can hold clear technical conversations involving multiple people • Comfortable both working closely with other members of the team (whiteboarding, pair programming) and self-organizing • Comfortable communicating progress to the team e.g flagging when a challenge is exceeding the initial estimate, requesting support • Approaches development in a considerate manner, asks themselves and the team questions such as: are there existing parts of the codebase that might help? is there failure states the acceptance criteria don’t cover? would others using my work find it clear or confusing? • Confident enough to speak up when you have ideas and/or disagree, pragmatic enough to understand that perfect is the enemy of good • Comfortable contributing to (brutally honest) sprint retrospectives
