📋 Description

• Lead and motivate the Customer Service and Sales Operations teams to achieve targets and maintain service quality • Ensure efficient communication and collaboration within the team • Conduct comprehensive sales analyses to identify trends and optimize sales strategies • Ensure smooth cooperation with other departments to meet delivery deadlines • Coordinate sample dispatch and tracking • Develop and implement effective processes for handling returns • Organize and conduct inventories for stock control

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in a leadership role within Sales Operations or Customer Service • Strong knowledge of sales analysis, order management, and inventory processes • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel • Excellent written and spoken German and English
