📋 Description

• Define and execute the company’s data and AI strategy, aligning architecture, analytics, and governance with business and customer goals • Build and scale SaaS data pipelines that enable seamless data exchange between client systems, partners, and internal platforms • Lead the development of data ingestion, transformation, and distribution frameworks that support real-time decision-making and reporting • Partner with product and engineering to design data-driven features that enhance customer experience, insight, and automation • Ensure data interoperability through well-designed APIs, ETL pipelines, and secure data exchange protocols • Oversee data quality, governance, and compliance across distributed environments • Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to ensure data informs action, not just analysis • Promote ethical AI and responsible data usage throughout the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or platform engineering, including 3+ years in leadership roles • Proven experience building and managing SaaS data ecosystems, including client-facing data integrations and APIs • Strong understanding of data ingestion, synchronization, and distribution patterns (REST APIs, webhooks, streaming, etc.) • Deep knowledge of cloud-native data architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and data lake concepts • Strong understanding of machine learning, predictive analytics, or AI-powered insights • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to translate complex insights into business language • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience.
