📋 Description

• Partner with the Solutions team to develop and implement joint business plans to drive growth and retention for each client; regularly review account performance and proactively address challenges • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and propose customized solutions that address client pain points, enhance operational efficiency, and drive growth • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services; ensure a high level of client satisfaction and engagement to retain accounts • Lead and coordinate the delivery of solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction • Lead the development and execution of data analysis and reporting strategies for strategic accounts; create and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and actionable insights • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, trends, and performance to guide strategic recommendations and inform joint business plans • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, retention, and improved satisfaction; provide insights into customer segmentation and solution engagement by clinicians • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies • Report to Senior Director, Strategic Accounts and Innovation; work closely with cross-functional teams to support key accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or account management, preferably with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts • Previous sales experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Familiarity with strategic account management processes and methodologies • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Able to travel up to 20%
