📋 Description

• Lead large-scale material handling and automation projects across Parcel and Distribution & Fulfillment business segments • Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closeout • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project • Lead the overall project execution strategy using DCS lifecycle management processes and procedures • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams • Gather, define, and communicate project requirements across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Align resources with project demands and proactively address gaps or risks • Manage day-to-day customer communication and expectations • Drive transparency, accountability, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle • Build relationships with internal teams and customers • Manage project budgets, cash flow, forecasting, and billing oversight • Identify and resolve project and financial issues

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Project Management experience within material handling, automation, Parcel, Distribution & Fulfillment, warehouse operations, or related industries • Experience managing large-scale automation or material handling projects, ideally valued at $70M+ • PMP certification is preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments • Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented • Strong leadership skills and ability to guide teams through complex project challenges • Financially minded and comfortable managing budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and project risk • Focused on successful project outcomes and strong customer relationships
