• Assist members and clients, attentively identify their needs and propose tailored solutions. • Build advisory relationships by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention. • Advise members and clients on specialized products and services and ensure their satisfaction. • Provide support for digital services to members and clients. • Promote our online solutions and digital programs. • Review client needs and gather and analyze relevant data. • Handle requests and follow up as required. • Help identify your unit's operational risks and opportunities for improvement. • Stay up to date on the latest standards, products and services in your field.
🎯 Requirements
• College diploma in a related field • Minimum of one year of relevant experience • Basic knowledge of Ajusto and Alert programs and Desjardins Insurance transactional websites • Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English
