• You drive the transformation of our HR processes towards end-to-end digitalization with leading people experience in Employee Central • Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ • Identify automation opportunities: Analyze HR processes to find repetitive, manual tasks to automate. • Design workflows & rules: business rules, approval chains, and automated notifications in EC. • Concept integrations: Automate data flows between EC and payroll, time, benefits, or finance systems. • Test & validate: Run scenarios to ensure automations work correctly across different use cases. • Monitor & support: Set up dashboards, resolve automation issues, and train HR admins for ongoing use.
