📋 Description

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely and successful project delivery • Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and technology • Lead project teams, providing clear direction and motivation to ensure high performance and quality outcomes • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain feedback throughout the project lifecycle • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies • Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess project performance and implement continuous improvement practices • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently • Manage and optimize resource allocation, balancing workload and capacity across the project team • Identify and resolve resource constraints and conflicts to maintain project momentum • Finalize all project activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed and approved • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects • Ensure proper handover and transition of project outputs to operational teams or clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite • Willing to travel abroad • Leading larger projects of high complexity (like/comparable with B projects, or streams of A projects) min. 2- 3 years • Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management • Strong organizational and time management abilities • High level of adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities • Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • ICT background (Networking preferably); ITIL knowledge
