📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and legal documents related to divorce, custody, support, and related matters • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to client needs • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials • Handle discovery processes, including document requests, interrogatories, and depositions • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel • Provide legal guidance and case assessments to clients during emotionally sensitive matters • Collaborate with internal team members, including case managers and support staff • Maintain accurate and timely billing records to meet required billable hours • Ensure compliance with all court deadlines, procedural rules, and firm standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of legal practice • Strong experience in family law, including divorce, custody, and child support • Trial experience required • Ability to meet a minimum of 120+ hours per month • Strong ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines • Must be available for court appearances as needed
