• Have responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and executing throughout the product lifecycle • Drive the vision and strategy for your product, communicate continuously with all stakeholders and keep them informed • Be our expert for the needs of your users, know the objectives and KPIs of your product and derive the relevant next steps from them • You understand that innovative new product solutions can only be created in a crossfunctional team and form the link to all other relevant areas
🎯 Requirements
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a product manager in the B2C sector • You are familiar with the long-term further development of digital products, ideally in complex structures • You have experience in dealing with various agile methods and can apply them in different situations • You think in a user-centric manner and understand how to combine and apply user needs and KPIs • You are characterized by a hands-on mentality, your drive and personal responsibility and you have excellent communication skills (in German and English)
