📋 Description

• Analysis, design and optimization of GRC, risk, compliance or SecOps processes • Facilitation of workshops on process definition, reengineering, gap analyses and best practices • Development of sustainable solution architectures, roadmaps and implementation strategies based on ServiceNow (IRM, SecOps, BCM, etc.) • Identification of efficiency and automation potentials, including assessment of risks, impacts and priorities • Advising our clients on organizational changes and transformation initiatives • Close collaboration with our delivery teams and client-side stakeholders • Support in pre-sales: scoping, effort estimation, RFP responses and solution design • Depending on seniority, you will also take on the following levels of responsibility: independently manage demanding specialist tasks, workstreams and process designs; or, as an Engagement Manager, assume delivery responsibility, lead project teams from a subject-matter perspective and act as a central trusted advisor for management-level stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in governance, risk, compliance or IT SecOps — ideally in the context of process management or platforms like ServiceNow • Knowledge of process modeling, process optimization or quality management • Experience facilitating workshops and working with client stakeholders • Team-oriented, responsible and solution-focused working style • Motivation to advance GRC processes in a data-driven and technology-enabled way • Experience leading projects or workstreams • Familiarity with pre-sales, scoping and proposal processes • Very good German and English skills • ServiceNow certifications (e.g. IRM, SecOps) are a plus — but not required.
