📋 Description

• Embed with frontline teams and leaders to understand quality standards, interaction breakdowns, and current coaching practices • Own the performance of high-volume frontline AI agents across voice and chat • Continue building AI agents to drive higher performance • Build AI-powered quality monitoring systems for millions of member interactions in real time • Evaluate interactions beyond pass/fail scoring for member experience, safety, and outcomes • Build coaching workflows that provide immediate actionable feedback to leaders • Visualize interaction data, evaluation criteria, coaching signals, and performance trends • Scale successful systems into reusable frameworks for new teams, interaction types, and channels • Partner with frontline leaders to drive tool adoption and iterate based on feedback • Oversee a small team of operators and agent builders driving performance across frontline agents and teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in high-ownership operator roles: startup strategy, biz ops, consulting, or internal tooling PM • Experience building and running systems that made organizations meaningfully more effective • People leadership experience: directly managed, mentored, or grown individuals or teams • Fluency with modern AI tools and platforms, with an active practice of pushing their limits • Strong data fluency and ability to self-serve analysis and reason from data rigorously • Systems thinking and ability to design reusable frameworks and feedback loops • Ability to translate quality in human interactions into structured criteria an AI system can apply at scale • Coaching and enabling mindset with frontline managers and quality leads • Exceptional communication skills • Comfort with ambiguity and end-to-end ownership of outcomes
