📋 Description

• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery timelines for the ASN team. • Serve as liaison between our internal team and the offshore developers. • Ensure alignment with internal data standards and compliance requirements. • Track partner onboarding progress, testing, and certification milestones. • Provide weekly reporting and demos to stakeholders. • Primary Deliverables: ASN compliance validation and transformation engine, Automation tooling for partner onboarding, Compliance and performance dashboards, Reusable framework for new retail partner integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience — ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. • Solid understanding of EDI transactions sets, especially 856/ASN. • Knowledgeable of SQL, data models and ETL processes, and able to interpret trends and communicate insights. • Proven experience managing cross-functional remote engineering teams. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and QA lifecycles. • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions — comfortable communicating between developers, designers, and business stakeholders. • Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially for asynchronous collaboration. • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies — particularly Scrum and Kanban — and the ability to apply them pragmatically. • Experience with Product Management or translating business goals into actionable technical tasks — understands how to connect product strategy with execution. • Common software tools (e.g., Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
