📋 Description

• Configure and maintain automated workflows and ensure stable system performance. • Deploy email campaigns using content provided by the marketing team. • Manage HubSpot modules such as social media, agent routing, and tracking integrations. • Maintain CRM hygiene by updating records and handling membership-level changes. • Set up tracking codes, UTMs, and performance metrics across marketing campaigns. • Train and support internal stakeholders in CRM usage and best practices. • Recommend improvements and automation strategies for long-term optimization. • Build or modify landing pages and site content using Elementor based on provided mockups. • Manage plugins and integrations, including MemberPress and JetEngine. • Troubleshoot access, performance, and formatting issues with the website. • Support the transition of selected landing pages from WordPress to HubSpot. • Monitor site health and apply updates as needed for stability and security.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation. • Proficiency in: • Workflows, campaign deployment, and HubSpot module setup • WordPress tools: Elementor, MemberPress, JetEngine • Front-end skills: HTML, CSS (1+ year) • Experience with CRM data structures and VMS tools (e.g., Vimeo) • Proven ability to independently solve platform or data issues under pressure. • Comfortable working across time zones and managing updates during off-peak hours.
