📋 Description

• Act as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Financials and related business processes • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and process issues • Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable solutions • Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting • Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash business processes • Partner with internal teams and third-party suppliers on projects, enhancements, and system improvements • Participate in solution design workshops, functional analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support • Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, release activities, and hypercare • Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of Oracle best practices • Build relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor for Finance systems and processes • Balance operational support, project delivery, enhancement requests, and business-critical issues across multiple workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship is not available • Extensive hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials • Strong functional design and configuration experience within Oracle Fusion Financials • Demonstrable experience supporting enterprise ERP environments in both operational support and project delivery capacities • Experience across Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash business processes • Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, billing solutions, order management solutions, CRM systems and integrations • Experience managing production support issues, enhancements, and project activities simultaneously • Experience working with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and distributed global teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 8–12 years related experience, or Master's degree and 5–7 years equivalent industry experience, or PhD and 2–4 years of experience
