📋 Description

• Represent Dexcom while calling on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other institutions focused on diabetes care • Provide technical expertise to customers regarding Dexcom’s products • Influence and support healthcare professionals and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe Dexcom products • Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice • Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits • Educate pharmacies within the assigned territory about Dexcom products • Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to grow territory sales • Increase Dexcom’s market share and meet or exceed district and territory sales targets and KPIs • Implement Dexcom strategy and monitor progress toward sales goals using analytical tools • Meet assigned territory sales goals • Complete administrative requirements on time • Travel 50–75%

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 5–8 years of related experience • Valid state driver’s license • Automobile insurance • Satisfactory driving record as determined by company policy • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings • Previous medical and pharmaceutical sales experience with a strong sales success track record preferred • Non-medical and non-pharmaceutical sales experience will be considered • Diabetes disease-state knowledge is a plus • Significant teamwork and collaboration with district and territory sales teams
