📋 Description

• Perform field-based audit examinations for current customers • Report findings to risk and relationship teams to support informed decisions • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams • Manage and perform field-based audits across the portfolio • Execute day-to-day audit work, including planning and reporting • Report identified risks promptly and accurately • Support the development of Audit and Risk frameworks and procedures • Conduct extended on-site analysis of financial documentation • Prioritise workloads to meet changing business needs • Assist with management of business risk through adherence to operational systems and processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels • Independent and well organised with a ‘can do’ attitude • Excellent Customer Relationship skills • Hardworking and passionate about achieving great results • Flexible, proactive, self sufficient and willing to work in a high-pressure environment • Confident with numbers • Good Excel skills • Excellent attention to detail • Able to work well independently and as part of a team • Willingness to work with a new dynamic lender
