📋 Description

• Perform field-based audit examinations for current customers • Manage and perform field-based audits across the portfolio • Execute day-to-day audit work, including planning and reporting • Report identified risks promptly with accurate information and delivery • Support development of Audit and Risk frameworks and procedures • Conduct on-site extended audit analysis of financial documentation • Prioritise workloads to meet changing business needs • Assist with management of business risk through adherence to operational systems and processes • Collaborate with Risk, Relationship, Sales, and Operations teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels • Independent and well organised with a ‘can do’ attitude • Excellent Customer Relationship skills • Hardworking and passionate about achieving great results • Flexible, proactive, self sufficient and willing to work in a high-pressure environment • Confident with numbers • Good Excel skills • Excellent attention to detail • Able to work well on your own and as part of a team • Excited by the challenge of working with a new dynamic lender
