📋 Description

• You independently plan, manage and implement complex marketing projects. • You assess risks, prioritize tasks and make well-founded decisions. • You ensure transparent coordination with all stakeholders. • You create KPI-based reporting and derive optimization opportunities. • Depending on experience, you support and mentor junior project managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid project management know-how: You apply both traditional and agile methods confidently. • Strong communication skills and team spirit: You communicate clearly and reliably in German and English. • Analytical, data-driven approach: You use metrics intentionally to make project success measurable. • Curiosity and a desire to develop: You learn quickly and actively share your knowledge with the team. • At least two years of professional experience in marketing or project management.
