📋 Description

• Work on exciting projects for renowned banks and help build our own analytics platform, finwyz+ • Advise clients on AI, Daily Banking (Neo-Wealth), and Crypto • Deliver AI and Crypto training sessions • Analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and develop solution concepts • Design customer applications and plan and implement projects • Work closely with clients and internal teams to successfully shape internal and external projects • Actively contribute to internal solutions such as finwyz+ and develop best practices to continuously improve our consulting services

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a startup, with a product provider, or at an agency • Experience working on agile projects; certifications are a plus • Knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the financial sector, particularly AI, Neo-Wealth, or Crypto • Strong technical background and technical understanding • Experience developing digital strategies and implementing digital projects • University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, or a comparable qualification • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development • Ability to work in a team, an independent working style, and a strong customer focus • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level), both written and spoken • Good written and spoken English skills
