📋 Description

• Build and further develop our proprietary analysis platform, finwyz+ • Support exciting projects for renowned banks • Contribute to consulting topics in AI, Daily Banking (Neo-Wealth), and Crypto • Prepare and support the delivery of AI and Crypto training sessions • Analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and develop solution approaches • Support the design of customer applications through research, benchmarking, wireframing, and prototyping • Actively contribute to the development of internal solutions such as finwyz+ and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, business informatics, finance, or a comparable field • Interest in digital trends in the financial sector, including AI, Neo-Wealth, and Crypto • Ideally, initial experience with AI, Neo-Wealth, or Crypto through internships, working student positions, projects, or startups • Technical understanding and an affinity for digital products • Initial experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage • Agile certifications are a plus • Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving • Results-oriented, independent, and customer-focused working style • Ability to work effectively in a team • Willingness to learn and interest in continuous development • Very good German language skills (at least C2 level) • Good written and spoken English skills • Willingness to help develop the company alongside client work in a small boutique consulting firm • CV and current certificate of enrollment required with the application
