• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping (receipts, invoices, and payments) in Collmex for the company and its clients • Reconcile accounts and monitor outstanding items • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements • Support balance sheet preparation and tax-related matters • Bring structure and organization to the accounting function • Prepare basic analyses and assist with planning and budgeting
🎯 Requirements
• Practical experience in accounting (ideally with Collmex) • Independent working style and willingness to learn • Confidently manage deadlines and regulatory requirements • Excellent German language skills • Familiarity with digital collaboration
