📋 Description

• The Operations Analyst will oversee the overall management of DigiU Pty Ltd. • This position requires a strategic leader with strong technical and communication skills. • Coordinate projects, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. • Report directly to the Operations Manager and drive operational excellence and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology; Operations Management, or a related field. • An MBA is a plus. • Strong project management skills with a history of successfully handling multiple projects. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with international clients and suppliers. • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex technical concepts. • Proficiency in project management and CRM software. • Exceptional organisational and leadership abilities. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
