• Lead the end-to-end management of software development projects: scope, schedule, budget, and quality. • Understand technical challenges and development realities to better support teams and clients. • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction at every stage. • Strategically plan resources and upcoming workloads. • Collaborate with sales to prepare proposals and bids. • Oversee deliverables, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to project profitability. • Actively participate in continuous improvement of development and project management processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in project management, including significant experience in software development. • Bachelor's degree in Software, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical environments. • Bilingual French/English required (for clients and documentation). • PMP certification: an asset. • Curiosity, rigor, and a desire to stay close to the technical floor to understand, challenge, and support teams.
