📋 Description
• Setting goals for client engagements • Ensuring client best practices across channels • Supporting strategists to earn approvals for campaigns • Conducting 1-on-1s with strategists to tackle roadblocks to success • Building a leadership structure and supporting team members with communication and expectation setting
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing at an agency • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies • Proven experience with PPC and paid social advertising • Leadership experience, including managing teams and client relationships • Knowledge of LTV:CAC modeling and Customer Generation methodologies • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRO, SEO, and Programmatic Advertising
