📋 Description

• Take full accountability for the commercial success of our digital customer journeys, ensuring value is maximized at every touchpoint from acquisition to renewal. • Own and develop robust plans to enhance our digital value proposition, identifying new opportunities to optimize performance. • Ruthlessly prioritize the digital roadmap, building consensus across teams while remaining comfortable as the ultimate decision-maker to ensure the highest-value initiatives are delivered. • Use complex data and insights to identify opportunities, inform high-stakes decision-making, and track daily performance against targets. • Collaborate with experts across Digital, Operations, Change Delivery, Marketing, Product, and Pricing to bring commercial plans to life. • Communicate performance, outlook, and strategy to senior stakeholders, providing clear, compelling narratives and staying confident when delivering contrary or unpopular advice to leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly numerate with knowledge and experience in managing commercial performance within a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge and experience of what it takes to develop and maintain a high-performing digital journey in a highly regulated industry. • Proven ability to manage competing demands and prioritize effectively, ensuring focus remains on the most impactful commercial outcomes. • Knowledge and experience in building effective relationships across technical and non-technical teams, with the ability to summarize complex topics clearly. • A self-starter who challenges assumptions and is motivated to deliver quality while striving for continual improvement.
